This resonates with the Authorities’ digital drive and agenda which is currently being undertaken through encouraging members to make use the digital platform eNHIMA and alternate channels that are safer and convenient.

“As the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA), we are the drivers in the realization of the Universal Health Coverage agenda and are cognizant that this mandate cannot be achieved in isolation. The dream of providing quality health cover for all Zambians and established residents is a promise that the Government of the Republic of Zambia, through NHIMA, is working tirelessly to fulfil. Today’s ceremony to onboard Indo Zambia Bank Limited is both a small step and a giant leap in our campaign to digitize operations of NHIMA “remarked Director General NHIMA Mr. James Kapesa
